Contact dance for kids with adult - led by Silje Solheim Johnsen 

Contact dance for parents and children focuses on movement, physical contact and interaction between the two. We do play-based, simple movement exercises in pairs consisting of an adult and a child. Everybody is welcome, you don`t need any special skills to join the class, and everyone works at their own pace. Welcome to an active moment with your child!

We offer Contact Dance for ages 2-4 years at 11:00, and from 5 years up at 12:30. Sign up for the one that suits you. The adult may be a parent, or someone they know well, such as: aunt, friend, grandparent etc..
