Saturday 3 September - Sunday 4 September
various times
Kontaktlek is based on the same principles as Babydans, but further developed for age groups 1-3 years and 3-6 years. We move together and want to inspire new ways to play together. The exercises are based on dance and help to develop the child`s coordination, balance and strength. Kontaktlek stimulates the childs creativity and enjoyment of physical activity together with the adult.
Kontaktlek is divided into two age groups and the program is adapted to the age of the children. The group 1-3 years is basically best suited for children up to 3 years and group 3-6 years best suited for those over 3 years. If you want to get together with siblings, the parents choose the group they think is best suited for their children.
Recommended age group: 1-3 years
It requires no prior knowledge, but wear clothes that are easy to move in.
Kontaktlek is led by dancer/artist Beata K. Iden. She has many years of experience with dance, movement and various performances for children aged 0-6 years, and is certified Contakids teacher.
Free, but with limited tickets so remember to book your spot! One ticket is for one adult and one child.
